Head of building surveying

Calibre Search are now looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who would be interested in joining a highly reputable Independent Consultancy based in Liverpool. Very exciting time for this Practice as they have seen a huge upward trend in work and are now looking for their first Building Surveying Professional to join and head up a brand new department for them in their vibrant Liverpool office. They have the workload (commercial/residential and healthcare clients), they just need that senior surveyor who is commercially astute and confident they can deliver the work. Ideally you will already be MRICS qualified with multiple years already under your belt operating as an accomplished building surveyor offering services in professional core services as well as some exposure towards project management. This is a great role for anyone who wants to stand out and really make a name for themselves and have the responsibility to make this department their own and the chance to build your own team.
