Sales executive

Job Specification: Sales Executive (Fastener Industry) Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the fastener industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quoting, business development, and sales, with a proven track record of bringing in new business. Experience in export sales is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the fastener industry. Visting clients to build good relationships Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Generate leads and convert them into sales through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.). 2. Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential and existing clients. Analyse customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively. 3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business . 5. Export Sales: Manage and grow the export business, identifying international opportunities. Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications: Proven sales experience in the fastener industry or a closely related field. Strong knowledge of quoting processes and pricing strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets. Experience in export sales is a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of the fastener market and industry trends. Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications. High level of organizational and time management skills. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
