Property Manager - Canary Wharf Basic: GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 (DOE) An exciting role has arisen for an EXPERIENCED candidate to join an excellent and exciting estate agency as a Property Manager based in their Central London office. I am looking for a property manager with 18 months+ experience who is looking to take on a new challenge. Details: - Basic GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 - Monday to Friday - with one day working from home. - Previous Property Management Experience Essential. - Ongoing training + support - Vibrant and exciting office culture. General duties of the Property Manager includes: bull; Acting as sole point of contact for your designated portfolio nurturing client rsquo;s relationship. bull; Maintaining exceptionally high standards of communication with landlords and tenants. bull; Carrying out property visits (pre tenancy mid tenancy inspections). bull; Maintaining the good relationships with contractors. bull; Managing all end of tenancy tasks, including quantifying deductions, deposit release and de-registration. bull; Manage costs and arrears by working closely with the finance team. bull; Conduct and analyse Property inspection reports and liaise with the landlord giving relevant advice. bull; Manage end of tenancy returns for a managed client portfolio. bull; Check invoices received against works orders and arrange payment to contractors by working with the accounts team. bull; Ensuring deposit returns are managed within a 10-14 day turnaround time resolving any issues between parties.
