The role will involve assisting members of the sales and national account managements team by talking to customers on the phone, dealing with issues and inquiries to ensure the primary goal of customer satisfaction. Also seeking out new sales opportunities via the phone and talking to potential new clients. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years experience in telephone sales, ideally gained in a construction, civil engineering, plant hire or related background. A confident, professional telephone manager and excellent communication skills are essential. Salary is in the range of GBP28k-GBP30k + benefits.
