International sales executive

Position: International Sales Executive Overseas business trips would be 1-2 times/month.* Salary: Up to GBP36K Location: London ndash; Able to hybrid working 3 times / w at the office Company: Industrial-leading Japanese Oil company Language: Business English is a must. Polish, Baltic States language, and Ukrainian would be an advantage #x3010;Responsibilities #x3011; Having overseas business trips. * 1. Customer Management bull; Building and maintaining good working relationships with distributors (Several countries including Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia). bull; Overseas business trips would be 1-2 times/month. bull; Conduct both distributor management and direct sales. bull; Obtain accurate forecasts from customers. bull; Establish good relationships with customers to resolve conflicts and provide timely bull; solutions. bull; Ensure that contracts/agreements are concluded with the customer. bull; Take initiative and cooperate in resolving quality-related matters. bull; Generate new business by utilising existing and potential customer networks. 2. Administration Management bull; Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. bull; Account and transaction status reporting. bull; Set and track sales account targets in line with corporate objectives. bull; Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). bull; Recommend actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities bull; Monitor customer AR amounts and credit lines on a regular basis bull; Complete payment of all invoices associated with assigned accounts. 3. Other bull; Support in the absence of the GM. bull; Other duties to be added from time to time. bull; Continuous improvement through feedback. #x3010;Essential knowledge, skills, qualifications #x3011; bull; More than 3 years of Sales experience in Sales with Oil, manufacturing, or Components products is a must. bull; Experience in Sales with Lubricant, petroleum, or chemical materials would be preferable. bull; Experiences in overseas business trips would be preferable. bull; Experiences in managing distributors would be preferable. bull; Valid working VISA in the UK (Not acceptable YMS and PSW VISA) bull; Able to have overseas business trips 1-2 times/month. bull; Able to hybrid work 3 days/week to go to the office. bull; Driver rsquo;s license would be preferable. bull; Speaking Polish, Baltic States language, and Ukrainian would be an advantage
