Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to a child with hearing impairments using BSL. Assist with classroom activities and ensure the child can access the curriculum effectively. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support the child #39;s development.Requirements: Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL). Experience working with children, particularly in a 1:1 setting. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
