Planner / Senior Town Planner Stratford Upon Avon HR 11528 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Due to continued growth, this respected property and planning consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to work as part of their Stratford Upon Avon based planning team. The team work to deliver expert advice and guidance to their clients on a wide range of planning and development issues. To be considered for this role candidates will ideally: Have a relevant BSc / MSc (or equivalent) RTPI accredited degree Have Chartered Membership to the RTPI (or be working towards this) Have previous experience within a planning role (either private or public sector)Duties: Delivering small and medium size developments across the UK in the residential, mixed use and commercial sectors Advising clients on submitting planning applications and appeals, site allocations, strategic planning and housing land supply Undertaking planning appraisals Providing policy advice and research Liaising with clients and local authorities Mentoring junior members of the teamIn return the company are offering a competitive starting salary, excellent career progression opportunities, further training and a generous benefits package including hybrid working, pension scheme and annual leave.
