Warehouse Manager Burnley GBP35,000 + Benefits Role Profile We are recruiting for our client, who is an established growing business with multiple locations across the UK. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will oversee a warehouse team and ensure day to day KPI #39;s are met. You will work Monday to Friday day shift, with some flexibility required in line with business needs. Key Responsibilities Drive and maintain efficient productivity across the Warehouse function, ensuring all KPI #39;s are adhered to. Execute daily workload including labour resource planning and collaborate with stock control team. Liaise with relevant customer base including virtual and face to face meetings to update on progress. Promote safety-first culture across the Warehouse function and engage with H S team to address any issues. Collaborate with other Warehouse Managers in the network to share best practice and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage people challenges including disciplinaries, absence management, RTW #39;s. Maintain WMS, ensuring data is accurate and invoices to customers are raised appropriately.Key Skills Experience Proven experience in a Warehouse management role, with history of leading teams and developing people. Excellent communication skills, both written verbal. Experience using various WMS and optimising system usage. Background working in a 3PL/ customer-facing environment would be highly advantageous. High attention to detail with focus on quality of work. Ability to work in a high-pressured, fast paced environment with changing priorities. Want to recruit a similar role?
