Sales Support Executive - Remote Role Summary: We are seeking a highly conscientious, hard-working and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Support Executive will handle various administrative tasks, assist in sales processes, and act as a bridge between the Directors,sales team and clients. Experience: middot;2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the tech or mental health industry. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration Administrative Support: middot;Schedule diaries and outbound contact for the CEO, COO and sales team. middot;Plan sales drives and schedule events. middot;Create and review sales activities and reporting. middot;Manage and update sales presentation materials, including sales decks and brochures. middot;Manage and maintain customer databases and sales records via HubSpot middot;Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and contracts. middot;Coordinate with the sales team to manage and track sales leads and opportunities. Customer Support: middot;Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. middot;Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product, services, and order status. Sales Coordination: middot;Generate , schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and training sessions. middot;Support the sales team with logistics and administrative tasks during events and conferences. middot;Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and promotional activities. Reporting and Analysis: middot;Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics and identify areas for improvement middot;Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Track key performance metrics. middot;Maximise the HubSpot CRM platform to maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Process Improvement: middot;Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. middot;Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support the sales team effectively. Skills: middot;Must have strong knowledge and experience in using in HubSpot CRM Strong knowledge and use of Social Media Platforms middot;Strong researching skills middot;Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. middot;Strong written and verbal communication skills. middot;Excellent telephone manner middot;Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting. middot;Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
