Food Manufacturing Team Leader We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Manufacturing Team Leader to join our dynamic bakery team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations. If you share the same passion and have the required skills and leadership in food manufacturing, we would love to hear from you Responsibilities of a Food Manufacturing Team Leader include; Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Planning and coordinating all production activities during your shift and making sure production targets are met Making sure that the production line moves smoothly and efficiently Leading and developing your team to ensure optimal production effectiveness Coordinating several activities, including operating machines, production, processing, packaging and sorting Ensuring that safety rules and procedures are strictly followed in the production department Developing and implementing manufacturing processes in accordance with company standards, including safety protocols Skills required for a Food Manufacturing Team Leader include; Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Self-motivated: Driven to achieve targets and improve processes Good Communication Skills: Clear and effective in both verbal and written communications Basic Computer Skills: Proficient with essential software applications Good Work Ethic: Reliable, diligent, and dedicated to the role Quality Focused: Committed to maintaining high standards of product quality Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasksWhat #39;s in it for you?
