4Site is looking for a Junior Estimator to join our client based in Central London. Our client is a main contractor specialising in internal and external refurbishments across the residential and commercial sectors. They are a growing company building an excellent reputation through the quality of their completed projects, which are typically valued up to GBP3m. Due to their demand, they are now looking for an ambitious Junior Estimator to support their commercial team in a mix of office and site-based duties. Your role will include, but not be limited to: Supporting the Senior Estimator Subcontractor tender enquiries Site visits to carry out inspections Pricing new tenders Liaising with clients and subcontractors The ideal candidate will have: Degree qualification Minimum one year construction experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent numerical skills and understanding of market rates Ambitious and motivated attitude If this sounds like you, please apply today
