Site Manager Location: Milton Keynes Salary: GBP65,000 per annum Venture Contracts are looking for a Site Manager for one of our clients a leading property development company,This position offers a competitive salary and the potential for a permanent role, along with standard benefits. Responsibilities: * Oversee all aspects of the construction site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery. * Monitor progress, resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective measures as necessary to keep the project on track. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals. * Maintain accurate records, including daily activity logs, progress reports, and site documentation. * Manage site budgets and resources effectively to achieve project objectives within specified timelines and budget constraints. * Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
