Job Title: Roofer Location: N7 9QH, North London Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Rate of Pay: GBP29.62 per hour (Umbrella) Company Overview: My client is a prominent provider of roofing solutions, specialising in social housing projects across North London. Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced roofer to join our team in N7 9QH, North London. As a roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day roofing works primarily on social housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a full driver #39;s license, the ability to commute around North London, and previous experience working in social housing environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance works on social housing properties. Conduct inspections to identify roofing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Utilize roofing tools and equipment efficiently and safely. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Work closely with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in all aspects of the job. Requirements: Proven experience as a roofer, preferably in social housing projects. Full driver #39;s license and the ability to commute around North London. Ability to start immediately. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications and qualifications are advantageous.
