Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for Senior Support Worker for a NEW Childrens #39; Residential Homes. The Senior Support Worker would have an opportunity to join a leading group offering therapeutic care and education services for children and young people in a brand-new provision. The role would be ideal for a Senior Support worker or an experienced Children #39;s Support Worker looking for a new and rewarding career challenge in a growing organisation #39; The Senior Support Worker you would be able to work flexibly covering long day shifts, weekends and sleeps. As a Senior Support Worker you would be required to: Work with the team to promote and support the young people in our care in leading a life of positive development by providing a safe and nurturing environment. Ensure the day-to-day management is facilitated in a professional and competent manner and support the Service Manager in providing the best quality care. Lead a team along with other professionals, to provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child. Record events and observations, progress reports, preparing and implementing care plans and records You will act as a positive role model to colleagues and children to meet their everyday living needs, developing trusting relationships that create recovery, growth and lasting change.As a Senior Support Worker you would meet the following requirements: Gained at least 1 year experience in a Children #39;s Residential Care Home Obtained a level 3 Qualification in Caring for Children and Young People Have great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient.Eden Brown Synergy is an equal opportunities employer.
