Level 3 eyfs practitioner

Integra Education are seeking a motivated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our partner school on a temporary to permanent basis. As a key member of the nursery staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, working alongside other practitioners to ensure a stimulating and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences for children, taking into account their individual needs, interests, and abilities * Observe and record children #39;s progress, using this information to inform planning and assessment * Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and teamwork * Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education Requirements: * Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) * Experience working with children in a nursery or school setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning Benefits: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional development and career progression * Permanent employment!
