Fashion project manager

An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with strong fashion supplier or retail background is required to join a fantastic supplier of garments to both retail and trade. This role would suit an efficient and bright self-starter who is keen to progress in a fast-paced European fashion business. You must have worked for a fashion supplier or retailer previously. Key responsibilities: * Managing team log on all system data fixes, scoping and reporting requirements * Updating senior management as needed on issue resolution and progress * Ensuring progress maintained across all projects and team * Updating system process map and keeping this up to date with all changes. * Testing using UAT checklists. Need these per area to ensure can allocate to wider business/ super users for implementation following major changes. * Ensuring all users are confident in the system. * Being able to work at super user level in an ERP ndash; essential. * Evidence of project management in a fashion supplier side systems role ndash; IDEAL * Problem solving with users for training gaps. * Creation of tools, systems, and processes for all users to be efficient. * Mapping all scenarios that require testing based on issues and creating a testing plan for the team for the relevant options. * Scoping system changes and delegating these to systems team. * Work with finance team and finance system on scoping, problem solving and investigation. * Liaise with wider business on system and reporting requirements. Criteria: * You must have worked for a fashion supplier or retailer previously. * Someone with business management degree ndash; essential (2.1 or 2.2). * Preferably UON business school graduate (2.1 minimum). * Understanding or working with system developers ndash; any programming language. * Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications creating flows, Power platform fundamentals ndash; desirable. * Maths A level ndash; level B or above ndash; essential * GCSE ndash; A English and Maths ndash; desirable but B essential. * Advanced excel ndash; desirable. * 5+ years experience in office environment ndash; working on system implementation, data migration/ data analysis/ system redesign / system design or project management. Desirable. * Office 365 competence ndash; essential * Excellent communication skills * Ability to cope under pressure
