Teaching Assistant required in Birmingham Hours: 8.30am - 4pm Salary: GBP80 - GBP95 per day Immediate start available Are you an experienced SEN TA looking for a new and exciting role? We are recruiting an experienced and outstanding Teaching Assistant to work at City Academy. We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have experience with Literacy and Numeracy Intervention and SEMH. Ideally you will also have a level 3 teaching assistant qualification. Previous classroom based experience is essential. As part of our bank of staff you will have the following available to you: Weekly pay on a Friday (PAYE) The opportunity for long term or permanent work Flexibility to choose what days you would like to work each week Direct access to your local partnership manager Regular and consistent work in your chosen school CPD opportunities To be considered for the position of a Teaching Assistant, ideally you would have: Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting Hold a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential) Able to demonstrate recent classroom experience Be dedicated to raising standards and be a good role model Previous experience with Literacy and Numeracy Intervention and SEMH is desirable.
