The purpose of the role is being part of a HR shared service team, supporting the business with BAU (business as usual) operational Workday fixes, implementations and development. They are looking for someone who can be autonomous whilst working as part of a team to deliver a fantastic Workday service to the organisation. Your Role: Being the key point of contact for the HR team and wider organisation - offering support, assistance, analysis, reporting and resolving level 1 incidents related to the Workday platform. Escalate Level 2 incidents to 3rd party external support. Working through and implementing improvements to the existing workday platform. Provide training to colleagues in the HR function. Staying up to date with latest Workday capabilities.Ideal candidates will have the following: Experience in providing inhouse Workday HCM Support. Experience working in an HR shared services team. Experience in being the point of contact for any Workday HCM related issues. Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM including Security and Reporting. Experience in managing ticketing systems and the ability to prioritize cases for 3rd party support. Ability and desire to improve current practices.
