Sales administrator

Sales Administrator required for a market leading manufacturing business based in Burntwood. If you are looking to work in a friendly, supportive and fast paced environment, with an early finish on a Friday this could be the role for you. You will play an integral role, supporting the business by providing their customers a professional and efficient service. The Sales administrator will be the first point of contact for customers looking to place orders: bull; Processing Orders via email and telephone bull; Dispatching orders bull; Managing company correspondence, i:e taking calls, answering emails, dealing with queries bull; Invoicing goods to customers bull; Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries bull; Maintain and update customer records bull; Communicate important feedback internally Dealing with any issues or amendments to orders Experience: bull; Must have worked in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment bull; Computer literate, have working knowledge of Microsoft Word,m Excel and Outlook and SAGE bull; Excellent telephone manner This is an office based role
