Automotive Engineer Tamworth office plus worldwide travel Up to GBP42000 plus excellent benefits Working for the European arm of a global manufacturing specialist in their field, you will be taking on a varied role within a small and very busy team. You will be managing projects from inception through to production for both Automotive OEM #39;s and Tier one suppliers. Job role / duties bull;Act as linchpin between customer and production bull;Ensure customer requirements are fully understood bull;Assist in managing projects from initial enquiry through to production bull;Ensure clarity of information on customer requirements for the development manufacturing teams bull;Create of project timing plans / DV PV Test plans. bull;Create 3D and 2D drawings using CATIA V5 bull;Coordinate prototype builds and delivery of parts according to customer schedules. To be considered for this role you MUST: bull;Be currently working for a tier one automotive business rather than an OEM bull;Have the ability to read 2D Detail and GA drawings. bull;Have a solid working knowledge of Automotive engineering specifications. bull;Be experienced with Catia V5 3D / 2D. bull;Have total project management experience and be experienced in creating project timing plans as well as DV PV test schedules bull;Have a degree in automotive engineering bull;Be multi-skilled and able to present clearly To apply please call Jayne on (phone number removed) or apply on line.
