Client Details A top University group in central London with a growing HR team. Description Lead and oversee various HR operations within the organisation, including the end to end recruitment process. Conduct on-boarding activities for new starters, within UKVI regulations. Inputting employee data into the relevant systems (ResourceLink). Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.Profile A successful Senior HR Officer should have: prior experience in an HR role, and experience leading on recruitment processes. experience working in the higher education sector. In-depth knowledge of labour law, UKVI and HR best practices.
