Job Title: Account Handler Location: Mill Hill, London Company: Independent Insurance Company Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 per annum DOE Benefits: Free parking 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Performance based bonuses No weekends Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Overview: Our independent insurance company located in Mill Hill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Handler/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and handling high net worth insurance. Key Responsibilities: middot;Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the insurance process. middot;Handle a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, managing their insurance needs efficiently and effectively. middot;Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, ensuring clients receive timely resolutions. middot;Utilise EDI Quotes system to generate insurance quotes and manage policy information. middot;Maintain accurate client records and documentation, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. middot;Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and optimise service delivery. Requirements: middot;Previous experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry. middot;Proven track record of managing high net worth clients middot;Proficiency with EDI Quotes system or similar insurance software. middot;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships. middot;Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. middot;Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures. middot;Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
