Requirements: At least a bachelor rsquo;s degree in education, or a related field. A passion for the education of young learners and a drive to improve progress. Dedication to the safety and wellbeing of KS1 pupils and a commitment to following safeguarding processes. Flexibility to adapt to any learning needs. Previous experience working with children in any capacity is advantageous, but not mandatory. The Role As a KS1 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will assist teaching staff in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, and the creation of inspirational learning materials. To ensure that all learning materials can be adapted to suit the needs of each individual student, you will monitor and track the progress of all pupils and provide feedback to both children and parents. It is essential in this role that you build strong bonds with students and staff and partake in activities with the wider school community in order to maintain a positive learning environment.
