Team leader

We are recruiting for a brilliant new opportunity open up for a Team Leader with one of our 3PL logistics clients based in West Thurrock. in this role you will play a key role in providing support for the Senior Shift Leader as well as warehouse operatives, to contribute and ensure they meet operational efficiencies. This role is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis with an average of 40.25 hours. If successful, you will predominantly work 18:00-06:00 4 days on 4 days off, though some flexibility may be required. There will be a 13 week agency probation period before you move to the clients employment, but will have a 2 stage interview before starting via the agency directly with our customer. We #39;re looking to offer wages of up to GBP16.60 per hour inc attendance bonus. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday pay (inclusive of bank holidays).
