You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliable operation of our plant. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer Perform a full spectrum of maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operation (50%). Employ predictive maintenance techniques to assess and enhance plant condition (5%). Develop new maintenance workflows and implement equipment reliability improvements (5%). Optimise processes for maximum efficiency and reliability (5%). Manage critical spares and maintain budget adherence (5%). Oversee projects and ensure strict compliance with safety standards (10%).Who We Are Looking For: Maintenance Engineer Experience with electro-mechanical fault finding. Proficiency in preventive maintenance and familiarity with permit to work systems. Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of leading training and managing tasks.
