IT Manager Newcastle Permanent GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 Sellick Partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of an IT Manager for a public sector organisation based in North Shields. This is a permanent role. Responsibilities of the IT Manager include: Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation Be the subject matter expert in in delivering 2nd Line support for IT incidents Management of up to 8 members of staff Monitor and manage requests for assistance ensuring they are properly logged, assigned, and responded to in a timely manner Streamline process and shift demand left to the ServiceDesk to reduce response and resolution times and enhance customer satisfaction Attend meetings and contribute to the assessment of business and service requirements and the design of the technical architecture for IT services The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience of maintaining information systems and security Experience of working in a technical environment Extensive experience of the process of integrating systems We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing.
