Procuring materials, negotiating contracts, and managing subcontractor relationships to optimize project costs and timelines. Monitoring project expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing effective cost control measures. Collaborating with project teams to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Providing accurate and timely reporting on project finances, variations, and final accounts.Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in high-rise development projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
