As a leader in the team, you #39;ll supervise and provide guidance to the Associate Behaviour Support Practitioners while supporting over 13 care homes. You #39;ll conduct behaviour assessments, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive outcomes. As part of the team, you #39;ll: Collaborate with the Therapeutic Team to implement holistic interventions. Manage incidents of challenging behaviour effectively, promoting a trauma-informed approach. Monitor and review incidents, providing recommendations for care planning. Provide post-incident support to staff when needed. Stay updated with developments in Behaviour Support.To thrive in this role, you #39;ll need: Qualifications as an RNLD, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Behavioural Therapist. Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
