Are you a team leader with strong leadership skills, looking for your next step? *Please note that property claims experience and management experience are essential* Location: hybrid (must be UK based), with 1/2 days in the Cardiff based office Salary: GBP38.5k+ DOE with bonus based on targets Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon - Fri between 8am-6pm You will be managing a team of 9-12 claims handlers, dealing with large domestic claims.
