The majority of projects are in the high end bespoke residential buildings sector, often architecturally challenging one off schemes including aspects such as basements, swimming pools and internal slides! There are also some international schemes, hotels, care homes and commercial buildings. Typical project values range from GBP1/2m up to GBP20m. Staff turnover is low, they are a financially stable and collaborative team, where contributions are really recognised and rewarded. Lots of time is spent on site and the work is fast paced and varied.
