Commercial property legal secretary

My client is searching for a Part time Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property department in Dartford, Kent. Part time hours are flexible so can be worked as 3 days per week or spread over 5 days (22.5 hours). Duties The role includes but is not limited to the following: bull; Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, emails, bills, financial statements and legal forms (including Land Registry forms, Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and CPSE Replies) bull; Amending and creating documents with track changes bull; Obtaining searches bull; Using the Land Registry portal to obtain title documentation, priority searches, bankruptcy searches and to submit E-AP1 applications bull; Liaising with clients and other third parties to provide updates and assist with queries bull; Undertake general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing. bull; Opening and closing files. bull; Use the firm rsquo;s case management system ndash; Visual Files.
