Contact potential and existing customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in person. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare and send quotes and proposals, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Utilise our client #39;s specific software programme to manage the sales process efficiently. Build and maintain a CRM database to effectively track customer interactions. Meet monthly sales targets, demonstrating ambition and determination. Provide support to the team as required, fostering a collaborative working environment. Requirements: While some sales experience is preferred, it is not essential - our client encourages candidates who are post-graduates or college graduates looking to start a career in sales. A strong focus on customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in presentations. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, enabling successful outcomes. Attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in quotes and proposals. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from GBP23,000 to GBP24,000 per year, with additional commission opportunities. Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, creating a healthy work-life balance.
