Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Credit Control Assistant for our client based in Reading. Role: Credit Control Assistant Location: Reading - Hybrid once probation has been completed Salary: GBP23,000 to GBP25,000 per annum Summary We are currently seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join our client #39;s finance department. As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and resolving queries from customers. Your key areas of responsibility will include: Credit control: Communicating internally and externally to obtain timely payments from customers via various collection methods Uploading invoices to designated customer portals Responding to internal and external invoice queries Production of monthly statement runs Sending copy invoices Taking credit card payments and posting the direct debit from GoCardless for the Stellantis Project Posting receipts from multi-currency cash book transactions Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements Providing timely and accurate service to all staff and customers Escalating appropriate issues as required Please note that the above list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake additional duties as necessary.
