Assistant site manager

The role about the client: On behalf of our client, ITS Construction Professionals are looking for an Assistant Site Manager who is looking their next opportunity. The client is a medium to high end housing developer that works across the South Coast of England they are now looking for an Assistant Site Manager to build their site team in East Sussex. You will need experience in the residential sector and have knowledge on delivering bespoke properties. All units on the development are traditional build and there are between 80-100 units. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Day to day management of projects and construction on site Report to and work with the Site Manager on a daily basis. Comply with Health and Safety on site Stick to programme. Build a strong working relationship with the sub contractors on site and motivate. Provide risk assessments and all other checks are undertaken throughout the project Essential Qualifications/ experience required/ specific requirements for the role: SMSTS 1st Aid CSCS Card.
