Coach Driver - Heathrow Airport Our client is a reputable transportation company located at Heathrow Airport, dedicated to providing safe and efficient passenger services. They are currently seeking experienced coach drivers with a D driving license to join their team. As a coach driver, your main responsibility will be to safely transport passengers to and from various destinations. This role demands excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: To transport staff and passengers between car parks and airport terminals, where customer interaction and decision making are key. To ensure passengers receive a smooth, safe, friendly, and efficient service, both air side and land side as required. Safely operate the vehicle, ensuring passenger comfort and safety. Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a punctual schedule. Report all incidents or issues to Control office immediately. Maintain a clean and tidy bus at all times. Maintain effective communication with passengers, colleagues, and dispatchers. Keep accurate records of driving hours, rest breaks, and vehicle maintenance. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.Qualifications: A PCV category D driving license is required. Passenger transport CPC is required. 1-2 year #39;s experience in customer service. A strong track record of safe driving is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a strong focus on punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.Benefits: Competitive salary of GBP15 an hour. 25 days of annual leave in addition to bank holidays.
