Finance assistant

Finance Assistant Contract position 9 months Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a finance assistant to cover a 9 month maternity contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who is looking to within a friendly accounts team for 4 days a week on a 9 month contract. Duties to include: * Raise daily sales invoices * Upload sales invoices to customer portals * Raise proforma invoices * Credit control * Post and allocate customer receipts daily * Perform credit checks * Reconcile and manage deposits/proforma account * Assist in other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required * Provide cover for other finance staff as required To apply for this role you will need: * To be available for 31 hours a week for the full 9 month contract * Previous accounts experience * SAP experience is desirable * Strong Excel skills Chesterfield Free Parking 4 days a week 9 month contract GBP23500 pro rata
