Branch Administrator - Position - from GBP24,000-GBP27,000 Our team are searching for a Branch Administrator to join our busy team to undertake a variety administration tasks. We are looking for someone to support the administration within our Ipswich Branch and work in collaboration with the Recruitment Consultants. In this role there will be a focus a large focus on data accuracy, time management and systems exposure. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administration role. Role Responsibilities: As a administrator you will be an integral member of the team with typical daily duties including. bull; Checking temporary workers hours and uploading timesheets onto the payroll system. bull; Setting up new worker payment details on the system bull; Running reports for weekly and daily pay runs bull; Assisting sales colleagues with pay related queries bull; Managing queries from workers to ensure timely and accurate resolution bull; Assisting with any pre /post payroll administrative tasks Essential skills include bull; Excellent communication skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads bull; Excellent attention to detail Good organisation skills bull; A good level of IT knowledge and familiarity with using different IT systems bull; Be highly numerate to carry out data entry efficiently bull; Someone who can hit the ground running and work to deadlines bull; Answer basic colleague pay queries regarding Payroll bull; Someone who wants to form a career in the accounts/finance sector bull; Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and rapport bull; Be able to identify solutions to problems in a pressurised environment bull; Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills bull; Be self-motivated and enthusiastic in your approach bull; Have attention to detail and a high level of accuracy bull; Answer account queries regarding bull; Payroll portfolio to ensure accounts are reconciled bull; An ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets bull; Attention to detail and accuracy of work Good computer literacy with use of Microsoft office and Excel Be self- motivated and on own initiative, and work well as part of a team We are looking for someone with 12 months experience in a HR Administrator role. bull; A positive, proactive supportive mind-set. bull; Strong communication skills. bull; Strong prioritisation skills. bull; Able to handle sensitive information
