Project manager

Project Manager required by our market leading client who sit within the education sector. This will be a remote role with some customer site travel. The successful Project Manager will support a wide range of projects and initiatives across our clients business which will include the opening of new premises as well as business improvement opportunities. This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who enjoys a wide-ranging role. Responsibilities Include: * Ensure the success of critical strategic projects by providing high quality project management to project members and stakeholders. * Working closely with all areas of the business. * Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditure, identifying key dependencies and ensuring project deadlines are met. * Ensure project documentation is up to date and accessible to project stakeholders and be responsible for communicating project progress on a regular basis. * Setting up and running project meetings, producing tracking documents, and highlighting risks, deadlines and other issues as required. Required Background: * Previous experience as a Project Manager * Prince2 / APMP qualifications (Or similar) * Project budget tracking experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent relationship management skills across a range of stakeholders at varying levels both internal and external * Dependable attention to detail and strong organisational skills * Advanced skills in Microsoft applications * Excellent prioritisation, time management and workload management skills * Ability to work across organisational and geographic boundaries in developing collaborative approaches. * Whilst the role is home-based, candidates will need to be willing and able to travel regularly to sites across the UK (which may occasionally require overnight stays) This fantastic role comes with a competitive annual salary which is accompanied with the following benefits: Life Assurance, Company Pension, High Street Discounts, Employee Assistance Programme, Car Lease Scheme, Fully Funded Training Certifications, Health Cash Back Plan plus many more
