This full-time role is based in their Taunton office, offering the chance to be part of a professional and friendly environment. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in managing a busy workload, utilising your ability to work well under pressure and exercise initiative. Conveyancing Paralegal Responsibilities: Assisting in the progression of conveyancing transactions, including exchanging contracts, dealing with completions, preparing contracts, transfers, trust deeds, and correspondence Handling completion statements, raising solicitors #39; invoices, and drafting contracts Taking instructions from and liaising with clients Undertaking online searches and completing Land Registry and SDLT forms online Providing secretarial assistance to residential conveyancing lawyers, both on-site and remotely as required Participating in reception and post/DX cover rotas Producing documents using the firm #39;s case management software Demonstrating excellent administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Exhibiting effective written and verbal communication abilities Conveyancing Paralegal Requirements: You will ideally have a law degree or equivalent qualification.
