Responsibilities for the Field Service Generator Maintenance Specialist #39; #39; Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on power generation products in the field, adhering to documented standards and schedules. #39; #39; Escalate issues to product specialists or supervisors for further assistance. #39; #39; Complete necessary documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents, either via handwritten forms or input screens. #39; #39; Undertake training to improve skills and meet business requirements. #39; #39; Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of service vehicle and tools. #39; #39; Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, reporting any incidents to site management and supervisors. #39; #39; Work effectively with minimal supervision. #39; #39; Demonstrate accurate fault diagnosis in power generation products. #39; #39; Ensure timely completion of service documentation. #39; #39; Identify upsell opportunities to customers, documenting rejected opportunities before customer signature on service worksheets. Qualifications for the Field Service Generator Maintenance Specialist Minimum of 3 years #39; experience diagnosing and repairing of Power Generation equipment. Mechanical / Electrical experience. 18thEdition Electrical qualification preferred. Electrical Theory and Troubleshooting. Minimum of City Guilds or equivalent in electrical engineering.
