Senior quantity surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor London Rail Infrastructure Tier 1 Contractor Currently working closely with a Tier 1 Contractor who have been successful in winning multiple new infrastructure frameworks across the country. With these new awards, they are looking for extra commercial resource to immerse themselves into the team, assisting is setting up and establishing commercial contracts, systems and processes. In addition to this with 2 large projects on the horizon, looking at these and again assisting in the ECI stages and pre contract works through to delivery. This is an on-going requirement, and would give you a great opportunity to embed yourself in the ongoing works for the framework. Based in London a few day week, the ideal candidate would be agile and flexible in their approach, posses strong contractual knowledge and have a predominantly contractor mindset in their outlook.
