The Deputy Nursing Home Manager will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, oversee clinical compliance, clinical management and ensure the clinical team are providing the highest standards of care. You will be supported by a clinical lead and registered manager which will allow you to focus on the clinical quality assurance for the service.
