Job Title: Seeds Production Assistant Location: Lincolnshire, Belmont. Rate of Pay: GBP13.25 per hour Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client who are seeking a diligent and motivated Seeds Production Assistant to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and an interest in the seed industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of seed processing, including box cleaning, plant clean downs, and sampling. Contribute to general work in the seed plant and field, assisting in various tasks. Support harvest activities, including driving tractors and cleaning combines (Full training including driving machinery can be provided). Help prepare seed for dispatch, maintaining high standards of seed purity. Demonstrate good eye for off types and ensure seed purity in the field. Assist with driving tasks, such as seed sample deliveries to the lab.Skills: Full driving licence is essential. Forklift licence is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate. Comfortable using tractors or willing to learn with full training provided.Attributes: Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
