Responsibilities: * Manage the sales of agrochemical products, including developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. * Provide technical support and expertise to customers on the selection, application, and usage of agrochemical products. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products in the agrochemical sector. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a whole farm approach to serving our customers. Qualifications: * Bachelor rsquo;s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field. * Proven experience in agrochemical sales and technical support. * Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, application techniques, and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping farmers succeed.
