7 5 tonne driver

Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting 7.5t Home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Southampton. This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering are TV #39;s, flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods etc. Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit. The company offer the customer a #39;room of choice #39; delivery and sometimes installations, you will be fully trained on how to do this. Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day. The company operate 7 days a week, you will be offered a 5 or 6 day rota but you will be required to work Saturday OR Sunday every weekend. Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-10 hours. Our client will happily accept newly qualified drivers. You must have a valid UK License, CPC and Digitacho, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions. Pay rates of GBP13.68 per hour.
