With a focus on adding value to their farmers rsquo; businesses, they supply variable inputs such as agrochemicals, fertilisers, and seeds, while also buying back their grain. Responsibilities: * Manage the fertiliser department, including procurement, inventory management, and sales. * Provide expert advice and recommendations to farmers on fertiliser selection, application, and usage. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised solutions. * Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in fertiliser management. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a whole farm approach to serving our customers. Qualifications: * Ideally a Bachelor rsquo;s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field. * Proven experience in fertiliser management, including procurement and sales. * Strong knowledge of fertiliser products, application techniques, and agronomic principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping farmers succeed
