Position Overview; We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling the company rsquo;s main products. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the market share, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction sector. Key Responsibilities; bull; Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and penetrate the market effectively. bull; Product Promotion: Promote products and solutions to contractors, architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders within the construction industry. bull; Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. bull; Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product positioning. bull; Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion, utilising CRM tools effectively. bull; Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. bull; Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and maximise sales opportunities. bull; Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Experience; bull; Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. bull; Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. bull; Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. bull; Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. bull; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. bull; Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. What rsquo;s on offer; bull; Monday to Friday, 08:00am ndash; 16:30pm (30 minute lunch un-paid) bull; Work From Home Friday rsquo;s on successful completion of probation period bull; 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (Birthday off) bull; Company car OR Car allowance on successful completion of probation period bull; Nest Pension; 3% client, 5% employee To be suitable for this role, you must have a full driving license and your own vehicle to begin with.
