Key Responsibilities: Desk Development: Establish and grow your own recruitment desk, specialising in temporary healthcare placements. Client Acquisition Management: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with healthcare organisations, and manage ongoing client needs. Candidate Sourcing Placement: Source, screen, and place top-tier healthcare professionals in temporary roles. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline through networking, headhunting, and innovative sourcing strategies. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the healthcare recruitment sector. Compliance Quality: Ensure all placements comply with healthcare regulations and maintain the highest standards of quality and ethical practices.
