Learning and development trainer assessor

Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer/Assessor Location: Remote / Online with potential travel as required if learners require extra support Salary: up to GBP38,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must have recent exposure / experience of delivering, assessing or coaching Learning Development Apprenticeship Standards. Must hold own CIPD Level 5 in Learning and Development. Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET). Happy to support learners with Functional Skills (Maths and English up to Level 2). Must be comfortable with online 1-1 and group based training delivery. Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties include: Assess, coach and support a caseload of remote learners working towards qualifications in Learning Development Levels 3 and 5 Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted. Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits only as required Organise and maintain documentation on learners #39; progress. Support, advise and motivate learners.
