Nursery Manager** **Haslemere, Surrey** **Start ASAP!!** **Salary 35k - hours can be flexible** Our client a superb small setting based in Haslemere would like to give you your chance to make a mark and shape a high performing and well-established Nursery that has been running for many years. This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead their nursery school as the outgoing Manager retires. This role would suit someone that can make their mark on the nursery, modernise operations, is self-motivated, inspires others and has a passion for childcare. Key Responsibilities: bull; Help create and support the Nursery processes and rules, ensuring you and your team uphold the long standing reputation. bull; Promote and maintain a fun and supportive working culture within your team - team happiness is a must! bull; Lead and manage the Nursery and business in collaboration with the owners. bull; Manage and oversee day to day operations and administrative tasks to manage the nursery including procurement, rotas and banking. bull; Ensure the EYFS curriculum supports a range of learning styles and develops each child rsquo;s independence. bull; Plan and lead meetings with Nursery staff bull; Prepare for Ofsted inspections and work towards the Nursery rsquo;s inspection goals. bull; Ensure Educators keep a record of every child rsquo;s progression and make this accessible for parents. bull; Attend meetings of the Trustees when requested. bull; Liaise with other colleagues to aid the smooth transition of all children from early years to reception. bull; Promote the health and well-being of all children in the nursery. bull; Manage and plan the day-to-day running of activities, including efficient use of resources. bull; Keep up-to-date with the requirements of the EYFS framework.
